Letchworth Festival: Take part in Community Art - use natural dyes, help make an artwork

Turning waste into art: help create an artwork & learn about natural dyes. This community art project will run over the course of June. It is led by Cora Wall, a local textile artist and Susan Dye, a Hitchin-based expert in natural dyes. Just turn up - all materials provided!

About the event
Come along and personally dye your own peice of cloth, which will contribute to a community garment artwork.
The final work will be exhibited in the town for all to see at the Green Festival on Saturday 29 June.
All are welcome. Just turn up, all materials including fabric and food waste (e.g. coffee grounds, onion skins, teabags) for dyeing will be provided.
